Jobsite Superintendents

Establish, coordinate and maintain all daily on-site construction project functions, extensive communication with Estes departments, owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers. Also deals extensively with safety and quality control issues related to coordination of multiple trades.

Pre-Construction Managers

Timely and accurate completion of hard bid and conceptual construction cost estimates, using precise estimating techniques and broad construction knowledge.

Responsibilities include initial budget identification and control, value management and creation of comprehensive proposals. Also includes purchasing, support at sales activities and acting as transition agent to the team and an advocate to the client.

Project Managers

Establish, coordinate and maintain all project administration and collaboration with construction team members of usually more than one project from pre-planning phase through construction phase and assist with closeout.

Continual development of construction knowledge and compliance with construction standards. Also includes overall project cost control and schedule management.
