New Vice President of Business Development

Richard Parades has joined Estes Construction as the Vice President of Business Development. Ric comes to Estes with nearly 24 years of operations experience in the healthcare industry.

Prior to retiring in 2006, Parades operated nursing homes in the Midwest and Southwest parts of the country for Manorcare, one of the largest health care providers in the nation. During his tenure he operated the Mid-States Division consisting of 48 nursing homes in 11 states. Ric was the Vice President/General Manager and Officer for the 3.5 billion dollar company. During his retirement, Ric has been exploring the construction industry by building houses and managing home remodels.

Parades is married to Cheryl, and they have two children - Alexandra, a recent grad from Iowa State University and Addison, a sophomore at ISU as well. Ric is a member of Lourdes Catholic Church in Bettendorf and has resided in The QC area since 1990. Please join us in welcoming Ric and his family to Estes Construction.
