Estes Construction was recently honored at Deere & Company's Achieving Excellence Banquet on February 16 for attaining "the best of the best" in 2009. Estes received the highest supplier rating of "Partner-Level Status" for our efforts at the John Deere Waterloo Works facilities.
The Achieving Excellence Program provides supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes continuous improvement. Participating suppliers are evaluated annually in several key performance categories including: quality, cost management, delivery, technical support, and wavelength, a measure of responsiveness. Partner-level status is Deere & Company's highest supplier rating and is awarded to companies that demonstrate dedication to providing products and service of outstanding quality, as well as commitment to continuous improvement.
