This was a fast-track 19,000 square foot building, which was completed in phases that allowed construction to start while the design team, consisting of Holland Basham Architects, Tri-City Electric, Northwest Mechanical and Paragon Interiors, developed the design. Design and construction overlapped for a total schedule of eight months. Estes successfully performed all the building concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, doors and casework installation. One look at the building is proof that working with the team in the earliest stages of construction produces the best results for the best value.
