As the Construction Manager we took the challenge to redevelop the existing plant into a world-class re-engineered transaxle and powertrain plant. This project was a multi-year, multi-project redevelopment project to modernize and upgrade many areas. The project was to redevelop 4.2M square feet of early 1900 manufacturing buildings into 1.7M square feet of state of the art manufacturing and heat treatment operations for the powertrain. Selected to lead design and construction team while working closely with Deere to maintain existing operations.
