The NewVentures Initiative is a major pat of Davenport's River Renaissance and Estes Construction was proud to play such a major part in getting the building completed. Because the first budget was over the owner's expectations, Estes worked closely with the owner to get it back within their initial budget. Construction was made difficult because of a tight site, as well as some old foundation; however, seeing the pictures of the completed building is proof positive that Estes can deliver outstanding projects under the most difficult circumstances.
