Selected as Construction Manager to interact with architect and owner during design to insure budget management. Project is a 60,000 square foot meeting and convention facility designed for meetings as large as 1,190 persons and will be a feature development in Downtown Bettendorf.
The building has a 1900 foot long skywalk connecting to an adjacent hotel.
