Adler Theatre Renovation Davenport, Iowa
Selected as Construction Manager for the renovation and stage expansion of the historic, art deco Adler Theatre. Extensive structural measures were required to expand the stage 20' while supporting an existing ten story load bearing wall. Other key areas were working with acoustical and theater consultants on stage rigging, theatrical features, lighting and sound systems. Project budget was in excess of $10,500,000 and bidding was delivered approximately 3% below budget.
