INSTITUTIONAL
Jesus Christ Prince of Peace ParishClinton, Iowa Estes and RDG Architects of Omaha, Nebraska worked closely to maximize life cycle cost for products, rather than just the lowest initial cost and, as a result, provide the "best value" for the investment. The Parish wanted to incorporate "Green" construction practices and energy saving features in order to minimize operational costs, which Estes and RDG were able to cost effectively incorporate. The Worship Space has a seating capacity for 700 people. The building has an Administrative Office wing with several offices, conference room, music room and reception area.
"Estes' contribution from preliminary design input, budgeting and pre-construction services have been invaluable in establishing the solid design and cost package needed to conduct a successful capital campaign, Estes' open willingness to work diligently on a project, that will not break ground until 16 months after their selection, demonstrates their dedication and professionalism."
