Selected as Construction Manager - Constructor for the campus improvement project and new two-story expansion to this full service retirement and nursing home complex. The new 106,000 square foot wing includes 60 individual units for dementia patients, administrative offices and underground parking. This $10,000,000 project was completed February 2002.
