Selected as Construction Manager to provide pre-construction budgeting and value management services as well as construction services. The project is a 55,000 square foot, three-story learning center for students and clinic activities. State-of-the-art technology is utilized for "smart classrooms" as well as wireless communication. High levels of interior finishes as well as a prominent location will make this building a new "front door" for Palmer.
